Sonifex PC-FL8S Flash 8 Multiple Channel Logger - AM,FM,DA8 + & IP Streams Software Only

The Sonifex Flashlog 8 Multi-Channel Logger stands as a highly configurable and robust logging solution, leveraging cutting-edge technology to capture radio broadcasts and audio streams with unparalleled efficiency. Housed within a rugged 4U chassis, this logger integrates Auricon and Digitorc sound cards, IP-based line inputs (Axia or Wheatstone), radio capture cards, and internet radio streams to continuously log up to 2 years of audio content. Utilizing the PC-DAB1-4 DAB+ multi-ensemble PCIe Radcap card, the Flashlog 8 records the entire content of up to four ensembles, with decoding occurring during playback to showcase accompanying DLS text, MOT slide shows, and electronic program guides alongside the audio.

However, the Flashlog 8 isn't limited to DAB+ functionality alone. Capitalizing on the capabilities of modern multi-core processors and expanding hard disk capacities, it transcends conventional logging barriers by enabling recording of up to 64 stereo line channels, 32 stereo FM stations, 32 AM stations, 4 DAB+ ensembles, and 32 internet radio streams. The logger's flexibility is further enhanced by the ability to independently set the number of logging days for each channel or ensemble. With Unicode-based text fields, the Flashlog 8 facilitates multilingual display and entry, ensuring seamless operation across diverse language settings. Playback options, both on the logger itself and through Flashback 8, support the saving of log extracts in various formats including MP3, WAV, WMA, and AVI files (MP3 format became available in the USA starting from 2018).
