The RCF SUB9007-AS is professionally designed as one of the most powerful 2x21” subwoofers in the whole field of live sound. It comes featuring two, high power, hyper-vented 21” neodymium woofers that are made with 4.0” inside-outside voice coils, this cabinet are capable of delivering a serious amount of low frequencies. It is created being powered by a 7200 W digital amplifier, the SUB 9007-AS is capable to perform in the most demanding situations. The housing enclosure of the SUB 9007-AS is matching the RCF D-Line HDL 50 and HDL 20 array systems, which enables the stacked systems matched a perfect combination.

RCF RDNet
NETWORKED CONTROL AND MUCH MORE
RDNet is a professionally designed robust management network and control platform intende for use in small, medium and large arena-sized sound systems, as well as complex and extended installations. Based on a proprietary network protocol, RDNet is created capable of providing an intuitive control and monitoring of every connected device/object in the RCF audio system. Each device comes along with DSP for addressing the specific presets or modifications of parameters to single or groups of objects. A network user is capable to change level, delay, EQ (linear phase FiR as well) and other settings, that includes the advanced subwoofer configurations. RDNet is not only designed for loudspeakers—you are made capable to control parameters and routing of multiple RCF devices, such as digital matrixes or amplifiers.

TOP END ELECTRONICS
The amplifier is created for integrating a low-noise 32-bit DSP circuit, controlled through the RCF proprietary RDNet network to easily handle the soft clipping limiters, polarity, RMS limits, timing, amplitude and equalisation. All the settings, monitoring and advanced features are all made available inside the RDNet Networked Management software. The available control panel on the back is capable of adjusting the input sensitivity, Xover, Low Cut, bypass, volume, delay and presets selection. The regulated power supply guarantees full power from 100 V to 260 V. The amplifier houses on a unique Vibrostop floating aluminium panel designed for extra protection during transportation.

HYPER VENTILATION SYSTEM
RCF manufactures these components capable of delivering the cleanest, punchiest, and undistorted low frequencies reproduction. The cone is composed of 30% carbon fibre, 20% fibreglass and 50% cellulose pulp. This particular chemical composition has been carefully developed for improving the robustness and rigidness of the cone avoiding any deformation that would result in a loss of efficiency. The 4.0" inside/outside voice coil is wounded on a strong fibreglass former and guarantees a more efficient cooling. The former is internally and externally reinforced along with Nomex that stiffen the overall structure for a better energy transfer between the voice coil and the body cone. In order to dissipate the heat generated by the powerful voice coil, RCF engineers have developed the unique Hyper Ventilation system with very low power compression. The cone is water resistant.

STACKING HDL 50-A OR HDL 30-A
The cabinet is made of high-quality birch plywood with every layer glued by a special water-resistant adhesive weatherproofing the cabinet. The heavily braced internal structure of the cabinet survives long-term use and transportation. Two separate acoustic chambers for the woofers and separate housing for the amplifier guarantee the best components efficiency and reliability. Dual Stacking: horizontal to fit the HDL 50-A while the vertical fits HDL 30-A (or 20-A).

CABINET
The heavy-duty powder coated front grille integrates a central reinforcement bar and a special transparent-to-sound foam backing on the inside helps to further protect the transducers from dust. The subs are stackable and light-weight, for easy set-up and tear down. The SUB 9007-AS and SUB 9006-AS are equipped with 8 aluminum handles (4 per side) with ergonomic rubber handgrip. The transportation is fast with the detachable Kart kit: a dolly caster-board with rugged tour grade casters and rotating cam mechanism.
