You can connect Quad-Link SDI sources to 12G-SDI equipment with the Blackmagic Design BMD-CONVNTRM/DA/QDSDI, that is also named as Teranex Mini - Quad SDI to 12G-SDI. It is designed housed in a low-profile sleek black enclosure, this Teranex Mini Converter can be used and fits in studio and post-production workflows without disruption the beautiful view of the decor. While the functionality of this unit may be obvious, connecting the unit using a Ethernet is enabling you to use the included control software for completing the control and make adjustments for fitting your needs. As an additional option, a front panel controller that comes with a built-in monitor is possible to be purchased separately. DIP switch controls are also available behind the front panel flap.

Quad-Link and 12G-SDI protocols are capable of supporting high resolution video that comes including DCI and UHD 4K as well as HD and SD signals. Automatic input signal detection acknowledges the signal resolution and configures the input accordingly. 24-bit 48 kHz broadcast-quality audio is supported.
