MuzeekWorld.com's point of sale price match policy: At point of sale we will match any competitor's price on identical offers or items. By manufactures agreements we cannot advertize said audio, video and lighting products lower than MAP (minimum advertized price), so please call us to discuss MuzeekWorld.com's best pricing on the items you seek.

Payments

MuzeekWorld.com accepts these methods of payment; Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, PayPal, Check, Money Order, Wire transfers. We do not accept international credit cards. Payment or goods may be speedily transferred by bank wire transfer, please call or email us for details. Check Payment may delay shipment 10 days for bank clearing time. Open account terms can be arranged (NET 10, 20). Government, Institutions and approved companies may be approved for (NET 30). These terms are strictly enforced. A monthly late charge of 2% will be charged for all past due accounts.
**NOTE: We do not charge your credit or debit card until your order is shipped, however we do attempt to get an authorization on your card for the amount of your order at the time your order is placed. This authorization is not a charge but still may utilize a portion of your credit limit or available funds making those funds or portion of your credit limit unavailable for other use. In the unlikely event that your order is delayed or cancelled the authorization will expire and your credit limit or available funds will again become available for use. The amount of time it takes for an authorization to expire is dependent on the policies of the bank that issued your card and ranges from 1 to 7 business days.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, CircuitCity.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Cancellation

Merchandise may be cancelled prior to the product being shipped. Received merchandise may be returned within 5 business days of receipt without restocking charge, (does not apply to special ordered products) if the original manufacturer's carton is unopened and undamaged. If the package has been opened a MINIMUM restocking charge of 10% or $10.00, whichever is greater, will be charged. Used or damaged merchandise, missing accessories, or packaging will increase the restocking fee to cover our costs. Returned merchandise may be exchanged for credit against future purchases. Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses from and to us on returns, items originally sent via "free shipping", will be charged for the outgoing shipping on returns. Returns are not allowed on special-order/non-stock, closeout, used or discontinued merchandise, tape, gel, lamps, books, opened software, earphones, chemicals, or on bids and contracts. Warranty

MuzeekWorld.com gives no warranty. All warranties are with the manufacturer. Please ask us for more information on manufactures warranty info

Refunds

In the case of order cancellation (mentioned above) refunds or merchandise credits will be made within 10 days of written request, only for cancelled and unshipped merchandise.

Defective Merchandise

Any defective merchandise received will be replaced. Please call a Muzeek World representative for a RA# In most occasions an immediate exchange will take place.

International Customers

We do not accept orders on our web site for shipment outside of the US. This includes orders shipped to Puerto Rico or APO/FPO boxes. However you can call us or simply click on the "Get a Quote" button and have one of our sales professionals call or email you back with purchase instructions. REGARDING BUNDLES

Bundled items are included while supplies last. Items of similar or greater value may be substituted.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall MuzeekWorld.com or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

PROCESSING TIME

Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment.

Please note, credit card processing can take up to 3 business days (Depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer.). Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment.

If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse and you will be notified of this delay.
