100LT SYSTEM
Establishing a new low price-point for on-camera UHF, Azden is introducing its' brand new 100LT system. Unlike the entry-level models of its competitors, which have 1, 2, 10 or 16 channels, the 100LT system offers 63 user-selectable channels in the 794-806MHz band. Both the new receiver and body-pack transmitter are housed in small, 3 7/8" x 2 3/8" x 13/16" cases, ideal for today's smaller digital cameras.
The new 100UPR receiver features twin-antennas, a 3.5mm -58dbB balanced mic level output jack, a 3.5mm monitor output jack (with level control), a recessed On/Off switch, a Power On/ Signal Received LED and channel selectors to set the desired frequency. Using crystal-control and PLL synthesis, the 100UPR operates for better than 8 hours on a single 9V battery. The receiver comes with mounting Velcro and a 3.5mm to 3.5mm output cable (Azden's MX-1 3.5mm - to - XLR cable is optional).

The new l0BT body-pack transmitter is supplied with an Azden EX-503 omni-directional lapel microphone and a metal belt-clip. In addition to the 3.5mm mic input jack, the transmitter has a Power On switch with an associated LED, a separate Standby switch for audio muting and a set of channel selector switches. It also runs better than 8 hours on a single 9V battery.


500UDR 500UDR ENHANCED PERFORMANCE UHF WIRELESS RECEIVER
63 user-selectable frequencies and true diversity
front end with twin removable antennas in a new, lightweight
all-metal chassis that measures only 4.1" square and
1.37" thick. Using 6 "AA" batteries, the
500UDR can operate for more than 8 1/2 hours. For even
longer duty, the 500 UDR can be powered by an external
power source through its DC-IN jack. Compatible with the
41BT bodypack, 41HT handheld mic and 41XT plug-in mic transmitter,
the new 500UDR easily attaches to the video camera with supplied
Velcro. In-use monitoring is achieved through the provided
ear phone jack which has a seperate volume control.

The 9.9oz 1000URX Receiver features true diversity electronics in conjunction with removable twin high-gain antennas and Azden's proprietary DLC (Diverstiy Logic Control) circuity for superior, noise-free reception. In addition, the receiver uses state-of-the-art dielectric filters for improved image rejection and 5th order filters for an improved S/N ratio. It also features a multi-function LCD readout, XLR mic/line output and a 3.5mm headphone output with level control. The rugged, black metal case measures a mere 3.3" W x 3.9" H x 1.2" D.

FMX-2 FMX-2

The FMX-2 is a portable, 2-channel field mixer designed for the professional videographer. The small (3.75" x 1.625" x 5"), all metal, battery operated (single 9V) mixer can be attached directly to a camera with provided velcro or belt-worn using the included 3-position belt clip.

The FMX-2 is a versatile, 2-channel mixer with XLR inputs and outputs for larger cameras in addition to a mini-plug output for high-quality mini DV cameras. A highlight is that Azden has designed the FMX-2 with configurable output. This means, for example, that 1 microphone can be mixed to both outputs as well as either single output while 2 microphones can be mixed to either single output or mixed together to both outputs.

The FMX-2 features 2 balanced XLR mic/line switchable outputs, a stereo mini-jack (3.5mm) output, twin "PEAK" level input indicators, a "MONITOR" output (stereo or mono) with level control and a POWER On/Off/Low Battery LED indicator.

IRB-10 IRB-10
The IRB-10 battery-powered body-pack provides hands-
free mobility and features a unique clip-on emitter
that attaches to the speaker's clothing, or can be
neck-worn with the supplied lanyard. The mic jack
accepts many mic choices and has an
adjustable volume control. Frequency selection is
accomplished using a small hidden switch. The top-mounted
ON/OFF switch powers the body-pack and activates the
Power LED. A metal belt-clip keeps the IRB-10 firmly
in place. There is an auxiliary microphone built into
the emitter, for use as a back-up.
IRR-20 IRR-20
The two-channel IRR-20 receiver allows the use of two mics
at the same time. Each channel has its own frequency
and every IRR-20 uses the same two frequencies. The
receiver's built-in sensor array allows complete
freedom of movement in a 1600-sq.ft. room. For larger
rooms, up to three wall/ceiling mountable external
sensors (IRD-10) increase the working distance. If the
receiver is mounted in a secured cabinet the third
sensor input disables and replaces the receiver's
internal sensor.
WR22-PRO RECEIVE

Both receivers listed below use 9V alkaline batteries, or users can purchase an optional AC adaptor. The receivers also come with mini-to-mini plug cables. The operating frequencies are 169.445MHz and 170.245MHz. (See below for more frequency information)


WDR-PRO RECEIVER
A VHF "true diversity" receiver, designed to help the videographer to create quality audio, with less chance of dropouts. The nature of RF signals is such that they bounce off walls or structures, creating "dead spots", or sudden loss of signal. The WDR-PRO, with 2 selectable frequencies, 2 front-end receivers inside the case, and 2 antennas, has been designed to overcome this inherent problem. Both receivers are set to the same frequency, and the WDR-PRO's circuitry selects the receiver with the stronger signal from the microphone and accepts this signal. Hence, less chance of dropouts. The LEDs on the WDR-PRO turn from red to green as one receiver and then the other receives a stronger signal. Optional mini-to-XLR, and mini-to-1/4" phone plug cables are available.


WR22-PRO RECEIVER
A VHF "discrete" non-diversity receiver, the WR22-PRO allows you to use two wireless microphones simultaneously. Unlike the WDR-PRO, each receiver inside the case is set to a different frequency, allowing you to record the sound from 2 microphones at the same time. On-board controls allow you, the videographer, to monitor the signals being received and to stop receiving from either microphone if you wish.
