Return Policy Conditions
Returned items must be in original factory fresh condition within 20 days showing no signs of wear and tear. All returns must include all original packaging, paperwork, cartons and accessories (including owner manuals and warranty card) for a refund . There may be a %20 restocking fee on any products not returned in factory fresh condition (e.g. weathered products, missing items, packaging, or paperwork) will be subject to a restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. After 20 days from the date of purchase, all warranty inquiries must be made directly with the manufacturer unless specified by a sales person or granted a muzek world warranty. Muzeek World is NOT responsible for manufacturers defects after our 20 day return period unless specified by a sales person or granted a Muzek World warranty . All "specials" sales are final and cannot be returned unless item is origianly found defective or given okay by a sales rep.

All refunds, credits, and exchanges are for the value of the equipment only, and do not include shipping charges. Outbound shipping is occasionally free with purchase, but if the item is returned, these shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

Return Policy for Microphones and any Recordable Media
Multi-track, Hard Disk, and DAT recorders, CD Recorders & Duplicators, Tape Decks and Duplicators and Microphones (wired or wireless) are returnable for store credit or exchange only. Upon return, these items are checked thoroughly. Those found to have excessive use time and or head wear will be charged a minimum restocking fee of 30%.

Non-Returnable Items

All items from the following categories are non-returnable: Copyrighted Material: Sheet music, Books, Videos, Software, Sample Libraries, CD-ROM's. Recording media: Cassette, Reel, or Dat tape, Minidisc, Zip disk, or CDR's. Accessories: Cymbals, Drumheads, Drumsticks, Cleaning Supplies,Care Products, Rosin, Reeds, Mouthpieces, Harmonicas, Kazoos, Tubes, Pickups, Strings, Pitch Pipes, Ear plugs & In ear monitors, and Computer Hardware.

Special Order Policy

We will gladly special order any item available to us from a manufacturer. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required on items that are not ordinarily found in our inventory. The item may be returned within the 20 day return period, but the 30% deposit remains non-refundable.

Return Procedure

To ensure proper credit, be sure to call for a return authorization number and proper return instructions. Contact Your sound source Customer Service at
714-642-3936 Tuesday-Friday 11am-6pm, Saturday 10am-5pm EST.

Write the Return Authorization # on the return address label you place on the box. Please DO NOT write directly on the box. Include all original packaging, a copy of the invoice, and a note including your reason for the return.

Check and Money order purchases are refunded by company check. Returns take approximately one full week to process once they are received back at Muzeek World . Credit card purchases are credited back to the original credit card.

Merchandise Damaged in Transit

Upon receiving your order, if a carton shows signs of external damage, DO NOT ACCEPT IT!! If an item arrives damaged please contact our customer service department for return instructions. We will arrange a UPS pickup of the item for inspection and return to us. Upon receiving the returned merchandise, we will send out a replacement.

Delivery Refused

If the carrier returns an item because it was refused or undeliverable, a 30% restocking fee will apply. If the item was shipped for free, outbound shipping fee will also be charged back when the item is returned.
