Listen Technologies LNS-100E Navilution EVO System

Variants:

LNS-100E-01
LNS-100E-DC

The Listen Technologies' LNS-100E Navilution EVO System is a GPS triggered commentary system with up to 60 channels for simultaneous delivery of audio to passengers in different languages and topics. The system has everything required (except for seatback controllers and CAT5 cables- sold separately). For dependable GPS triggering, a display control panel and an external GPS antenna/receiver are included.  Passengers may choose their language, modify the level, and select "More Info" by plugging headphones into the seatback controls. Each seatback controller is located in the seat or on a sidewall of the vehicle or vessel and connected to the system through a CAT5 cable that is routed through the seat or sidewall, delivering power and audio. This system is known as a "hardwired system." The seatback controller also has a patented design which includes braille for the visually impaired and contoured channels which help guide the user’s finger over the contactless switches for volume and channel adjustments. Route planning, GPS triggers and tour development are simple and easy using Navilution Cortex, a proprietary cloud-based software tool. Data can be collected from the EVO system and graphed with the cloud-based Cortex software to show data gathered regarding languages and segments played. For audio tour development, there is basic, advanced and creative tour development training and Listen tour development partners that can help in the development of your audio tour. The system also supports video delivery to an onboard monitor to enhance passenger experience and can be used for ASL

The Display Control Panel (“DCP”) is an external display that improves safety and reduces drivers and captains’ distractions. Displaying the elapsed time of audio tour commentary, drivers and captains manage route timing without slowing down or speeding up. The easy to read touch screen shows the audio commentary playlist, with play, pause, and stop features for guides. Users access safety and emergency announcements, off-route audio commentary, and quickly set the language to play over the public address system’s speakers using one-finger touches.
